Prism
Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1998 by a group of experienced lighting
design and installation professionals with a keen interest in combining
energy conservation with cost savings to businesses and organizations.
Their first venture was as an authorized vendor with the Massachusetts
Electric Small Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Program. In addition to
an on-going affiliation with Massachusetts Electric, Prism Consulting
has achieved approved vendor status with many other regional
utility companies throughout New England. Based on this extensive
experience, Prism Consulting now offers its lighting consultation
services on an individual basis to a variety of businesses and
organizations including commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family
housing and not-for-profit entities.

Program Managers
Program Managers work closely with the various utility companies to
administer their specific energy efficiency programs.
Responsibilities of the program managers include adherence to
program standards, goals and objectives, as well as accountability to
both the utility company and our customers regarding job quality and
satisfaction.
Customer Service Administrators
Customer Service Administrators work with our customers and energy
auditors to schedule and monitor audits and job progress. They also
work closely with the program managers to maintain the highest level
of customer service.
Energy Auditors
We employ a staff of experienced,
professional energy auditors in a variety of New England locations
to service our customers.
Installation Contractors
Prism
Consulting’s installations are completed by a hand-picked team
of installation contractors. These contractors are selected based on
a proven skill set. First and foremost, their corporate philosophy
must match our own. Customer service must be their highest
priority. The installer must also value technical accuracy. This
means taking the time and effort to implement “best practices” of
their trade. The electricians who comprise our installation force
have been working with Prism Consulting implementing lighting
efficiency and energy conservation programs for at least three
years. Their experience includes successfully working with our
customers to understand the lighting applications and individual
components, to conduct a detailed review of the installation process
and schedule, and to manage field conditions to ensure an
accurate, quality implementation of the lighting solution.
